2013 Vista Verde Vineyard Chenin Blanc

The 2013 Vista Verde Vineyard Chenin Blanc is grown on the “Limestone Ridge” portion of the vineyard and exhibits textbook Chenin Blanc characteristics. Notes of quince, green apple, lime, white flowers and minerals emerge from the glass with some aeration. The Chenin Blanc was fully fermented in large cement eggs, and as a result is well balanced with acidity that is laser focused and exhibits almost a waxy richness on the palate.
