- Commercial information (purchase history, allocation history, mailing list membership status, products considered).
- Internet or other electronic network activity information (browsing on our site, interactions with our emails, cookie and pixel data).

- Financial information (limited to payment card information, which is processed by our payment processor and not retained by us).
- Inferences drawn from the above to create a profile reflecting your preferences and engagement with our wines.
We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security number, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, or biometric data) from website visitors.
Retention of Personal Information
We retain each category of personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of providing our products and services, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Specifically: mailing list and account information is retained for as long as you remain a member or customer, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and tax recordkeeping (typically up to seven years). Marketing analytics data is generally retained for up to 26 months. Payment information is not retained by us — it is held by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
