The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to obtain or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, we will cooperate with law enforcement and may take any action permitted by law, including refusing service and reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities.
Title and Ownership
You acknowledge that all shipments require the signature of a person 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery, as required by federal law and the laws of the destination state.

Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Web site, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures.
The arbitration shall take place in Sonoma County, California, unless you and we agree otherwise. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.You and Williams Selyem each agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
You and Williams Selyem each waive any right to a jury trial. If a court decides that any part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable with respect to any claim, then that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed and may be brought in court.Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
30-Day Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@williamsselyem.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
General Provisions
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Sonoma County, in the State of California, for the resolution of all disputes not subject to arbitration under this Agreement.

Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provision above.
