This vintage of our flagship wine showcases notes of black cherry which mix with aromas of raspberry and hints of tarragon and dried herbs. Star anise and wood spices add depth and complexity to the alluring aromatics. The mouth-feel is balanced with extremely refined tannin that seem to saturate the entire palate. Red fruits dominate the tongue along with notes of citrus peel which adds lift. A strong impression of tea permeates the palate while finishing with hallmark gravel and mineral sensations.
