2015 Weir Vineyard Pinot Noir

The beautifully pure nose of red currant, citrus, and red cherry mix with a deft touch of vanilla and wood spices. There is a savory note of dried sage and smoky minerals. Weir Vineyard Pinot Noir is all about the earthier side of Pinot and continues to develop with even a few years of bottle age. On the palate, there is a sense of sappiness with red fruit flavors, and finishes with a lively citrus peel lift. The minerally texture is sophisticated and persists all the way to the long, graceful finish.
