2011 Peay Vineyard Pinot Noir

Very intense aromas of wild raspberry, mineral, root beer and Asian spices fill your glass. A fairly small crop on the far side of Sonoma Coast in 2011 produced a wine of concentration; richness typically found in cooler vintages. The grape tannins fill your mouth with flavors of raspberry jam, sweet spices and mineral. An animated, yet youthful wine that will only get sexier with time.
