2010 Williams Selyem Estate Vineyard 30th Anniversary Pinot Noir

This bottling was done to commemorate the 30^th harvest at Williams Selyem with equal parts from each block on our Estate Vineyard. Only one barrel was crafted. Fresh ripe cherries, frambrois, roses, black truffle and a mineral aroma fill your glass. Concentrated blackberry/raspberry flavors glide across your palate, accentuated only by the richly textured tannins and subtle flavors of star anise, boysenberry compote, cherry-cola, nutmeg and caramel. The finish is powerful and the true purity of this site is greatly expressed throughout this wine. I hope you have the patience to wait 6-7 years to truly see the full unique expression of this site.
