2010 Vista Verde Vineyard Pinot Noir

Black cherry, plum, rose petal, mocha, and exotic spice combine to give this wine a very pretty nose. This is an extremely well-balanced wine with a very long finish. Fresh acidity brings your mouth to life, helping to express raspberry and black cherry fruit flavors while enhancing the wine’s rich tannins. Crème brulee, spice and dark chocolate linger on the back of the palate. The fruit, acid and tannin balance of this wine will ensure it has a long life. Entry is sweet and broad with black cherry and cherry skin flavors and focused acidity. Mocha and allspice round out the finish on this very elegant Pinot Noir. This should age very well over the coming 5-7 years.
