Bright Bing cherries, strawberries, rose petal and ginger aromas. Concentrated cherry/raspberry flavors end up round and fat in the mouth. The fruity finish is complimented by a toasty vanilla/ crème brûlée like texture that finishes long. A classic Allen that should age quite nicely. 14.2% alcohol
