1994 Allen Vineyard Pinot Noir

Feminine, elegant, pretty; aromas of forest floor and a little smoke; flavors of raspberry tea, candied cherries and wild strawberries. This and the Hirsch’s structure is a compromise between our house style and a great red burgundy. It is very complex, slightly reserved with good acid and a little soft tannin on the finish.
