Clear, dark garnet color; raspberry-blueberry with caramelized oak aromas plus notes of rose petal and root beer. Raspberry, rhubarb, sarsaparilla flavors; rich and velvety with a lengthy finish. This wine is similar to the ’87 Sonoma County in flavor and structure. Aged 15 months in 50% new and 50% one year old oak.
