1988 Rochioli Riverblock Vineyard Pinot Noir

Clear, deep ruby color; meaty, spicy sweet oak aroma mingled with ripe cherry and smoke. Very complex, opening slowly to reveal full, ripe pinot fragrance. Black cherry, cola, rich voluptuous fruit flavors; like the aroma, it keeps evolving as it airs. Ripe tannins, balanced acid structure, very long, silky finish. Our most opulent Rochioli to date. Aged 15 months in new oak.
