Gravenstein apple, pear skin, and smoky tea-like aromas, accompanied by notes of Tahitian vanilla bean, jump from the glass. A bouquet of cardamom, tangerine, and yuzu add a refreshing lift to the nose. Similarly, the palate is focused with flavors of yellow apple, poached pear, and citrus peel, joined by hints of minerals, giving the palate a unique dimension. The tannins are completely sublime, adding weight in the mid-palate before the floral lift on the finish.
