Clear, pale yellow color; multi-dimensional nose consisting of pear, lemon, custard, vanilla, hazelnuts with hints of caramel, apricot and beeswax; apple-pear and lemon on the palate followed by a nutty, creamy quality; long, creamy finish. Aged 50% new and 50% one and two year old French oak. Alcohol 15.4%
