Cellar Worker

Chris is originally from the Sierra Foothills, where he grew up around wine. Though, initially, he did not have a fond taste for it. In high school, he worked harvests before and after school to assist with morning workload and prep for the day; CAP management, punch downs, pump-overs, and general sanitation for the days’ work. He was introduced to this by his uncle, who was an avid member of the Amador County Vintners Association. This is where the coals of the fire for winemaking were stoked.
