While our production has expanded to include nearby appellations and small offerings of Chardonnay and Zinfandel, these wines, and our flagship Pinot Noir, are still extremely limited in production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– This position supports our tasting salon team by washing and buffing glasses, carrying glasses and wine, and assisting with the set-up and breakdown of our tasting table settings
– Assist hospitality staff with hospitality duties
– Pack and carry wine orders for customers
– Assist with maintaining clean, safe, efficient, and well-stocked work areas
– Uphold high standards of hospitality and deliver superior customer service experience

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have previous tasting room, restaurant, or food service experience. Ability to prioritize work, maintain a positive “can do” attitude. The ability to change and adapt to a quick- changing environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule when needed. Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50 lbs. This is a part-time position primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. One other day as assigned when needed up to 29 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist hosts with order entry
  • Perform opening/closing procedures for the tasting room
  • Answer the telephone and provide assistance to all callers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing email correspondence
  • Assist with booking and confirming reservations for our List Members and their guests
  • Assist List Members with itinerary building during their visit to the area
  • Assist List Members with purchases over the phone and through email
  • Assist customers with shipping updates, order issues, or other customer service inquiries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local concierge, transportation companies, and other important business contacts
  • Update and maintain tasting room menu(s)
  • Physical inventory management
  • Special projects and other responsibilities, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have a background in high-end customer service, a strong work-ethic and the ability to make good decisions in an independent environment. This person will also anticipate and respond to both the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of members and guests. A proven ability to multi-task, plan, organize, work under pressure, and prioritize effectively is a must, as is the ability to maintain a professional appearance and a positive “can do” attitude. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule when needed. Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50 lbs. This is a full-time position, which covers at least one weekend day, and some holidays.
