The color of the 2025 Vin Gris of Pinot Noir is a pale salmon with a copper edge, which immediately catches the eye and lures the senses. Aromatically rich, notes of melon as well as tropical and orchard fruits emanate from the glass. Strawberry and cherry notes further mix with dried flowers to round out the wonderfully layered nose. Equally as exciting on the palate, notes of summer red fruits mix with stone fruits, giving way to a refreshing acid profile culminating in a long finish.
