Winemaker's Notes
Cold fermented in 100% brand new French oak barrels. Charming aromas of nectarine, peach, rose water and spice dominate in the nose. Flavors of ripe fruit punch, peach jam and roasted marshmallows are accentuated by the mouth watering acidity. The finish goes on forever and would complement fresh summer fruit desserts or cheeses.
