The aromas of Gravenstein apples, Asian pears, passion fruit, butterscotch and cinnamon only add to the complexity of these flavors in your mouth. Rich and full of classic Allen flavors that finish juicy, fat and complex.

The light straw/greenish-hued 2002 Chardonnay Allen Vineyard offers up lovely aromas of white currants, honeyed citrus, and pineapples, a big, muscular, full-bodied palate, good underlying zesty acidity, and a certain mineral/smoky character. Drink it over the next 3-4 years.
