How do I place an order?

On opening day of the release, we will send you an email with a link to log in directly to your allocation on our secure website. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter selections, shipping and payment information. You will receive an order confirmation on screen and via email. You may also order via mail or fax by completing the printed order form that accompanies your newsletter.

When should I place my order?

For greatest selection, order as early as possible during the release. Wines are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and once a wine has sold out your allocation for it is no longer available.

Can I order more than once?

Yes! You may log in to your allocation at any time during the four-week offering period, and purchase any remaining quantities. (Please note we may not be able to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.)

What is an allocation?

Your allocation represents the maximum number of bottles of each wine available to you for purchase, while supplies last. Many wines sell out before the end of the release. Allocations are not automatically reserved; you need to select the wines and quantities you’d like to purchase from your available allocation each release.

Why did I get a 0 allocation for some wines?

All of our wines are produced in very small quantities. The smallest-production wines are allocated to members who have been on The WS List for the longest period of time and have established purchasing patterns. You may request these wines through the Wish List, and we will fill requests if the wine is available at the end of the release.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No, you are not obligated to purchase. After three consecutive releases without a purchase, you will be notified of your impending removal from The WS List. By ordering at least one bottle every three releases, you can maintain your spot on The WS List.

How can I get more than my allocation?

To request quantities beyond your allocation, enter them in the Wish List column. If we are able to fill your requests, we will notify you via email and issue a subsequent charge to your credit card.

Over time, the quantities and selections in your allocation will increase in accordance with the purchasing patterns you establish.
