What is The WS List?
The WS List is comprised of Williams Selyem customers assigned to various allocation groups. Customers are ranked according to their time on the list and their purchasing patterns. Twice each year, in the Spring and Fall, WS List members have the opportunity to purchase wine from their individual allocations. Those who purchase their complete allocation at each release, and have done so for a certain number of years, have access to all the wines Williams Selyem produces.
How and where can I buy Williams Selyem wines?
We sell 95% of our wines directly to WS List customers. We currently have a waiting period of nine to twelve months prior to being added to the WS List. Click here to sign up on the waiting list. The remaining quantities of wine are sold in small allotments to a handful of distributors, to be placed in high-end restaurant accounts across the country. All of our wines are sold for retail price to all customers—distributors, WS List members, restaurants and employees.
Do you have a wine club?
No wine club here—just our list of active customers. Once you have been added to the WS List, each Spring and Fall you will receive a newsletter and an order form with your individual allocation. The allocation/order form will show the maximum number of bottles of each wine that are available for you to purchase. We do not keep credit card information on file, and the allocation is not automatically reserved. You must place a new order each release, within the specified time frame. We have a long history of selling out of wines with each release, so it is important to order early to obtain the wines you want.
Can we come for a tour?
We are not open to the public for tours. However, we do offer tours by appointment to current WS List members. Please be aware that we need at least two weeks' advance notice to schedule tours. Click here for more information.
